FAQ Outlook 2002 Email Support
  • Open Microsoft Outlook

  • From the Tools menu, choose Email Accounts.

  • Select Add a new email account.

  • Select POP3.
  • Click the Next button.

  • In the Your Name field, type your name.
  • In the Email Address field, type your full Hosting 4 Less email address (e.g., username@yourdomain.com).
  • In the Incoming mail server (POP3) field, type yourdomain.com.
  • In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field, type yourdomain.com.
  • In the User Name field, type your full Hosting 4 Less username.
  • In the Password field, type your email password.
  • Click the More Settings button.

  • Click on the Outgoing Server tab.
  • Check the box next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
  • Select Log on using.
  • In the User Name field, type your full Hosting 4 Less username.
  • In the Password field, type your password.
  • Check the box next to Remember password.
  • Click the OK button.
