FAQ OS X Mail 1.4 (OS 10.4) Email Support
  • Open Mail

  • Type in your Full Name.
  • In the Email Address field, type in your entire email address (username@yourdomain.com).
  • In the User Name field, type your account username.
  • In the Password field, type your password.
  • Click the Continue button.

  • For the Account Type select POP.
  • For Description, type in your email address or name.
  • In the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server field, type your Incoming mail server (POP).
  • In the User Name field, type your email address (e.g. username@yourdomain.com).
  • In the Password field, type your account password.
  • Click the Continue button.

  • In the Description field, type in your email address or name.
  • In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server field, type in yourdomain.com.
  • Check the Use Authentication check box.
  • In the User Name field, type your account username.
  • In the Password field, type your account password.
  • Click the Continue button.

  • Verify your account information.
  • Click the Create button.
